[Plugin: Google AJAX Translation] google AJAX translator button

I have added the google ajax translator, but am unable to change the button that says “Translate” eventhough i changed it in root file. Also, would it be possible to substitute it with an image of a flag rather than the word translate.

Im not a programmer so id appreciate any help I can get.
