[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] No plugin menu on blog's dashboard

Hi all,

I’m new to wordpress, and I wanted to install Google Analytics through Joost de Valk’s plugin. However, there is no plugin menu on my dashboard. How do I get that, since I’ll likely want to add other plugins eventually?
