[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] You do not have sufficient permissions

  • New WP installation, no content yet, all is working, installed in root directory of a newly-minted domain, fresh database. Google Analytics for WordPress installed, activated. I try to enter the UA string from the Google Analytics for WordPress configuration page, and get a one-line message on its own screen: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

  • I’m having this issue too and haven’t seen an answer anywhere. Any resolution that I just haven’t been able to find?

    The page name is a typo: just enter your information on the page that contains the link itself and you should be fine.
