[Plugin: Google Content Experiments] Experiment code missing error, but is is there

I am trying to do a Google experiment and get the following error:

Experiment code missing the cookie domain name declared in tracking code:line:584, column:16.
Your page customizes the cookie domain name in the Google Analytics tracking code. The same customization should be present in the experiment code.

Installed the Google Content Experiments plug-in, updated header.php and the code is in the source of my page. Skipping the validation also did not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
