[Plugin: Google Maps via Store Locator Plus] License Validation Problem

  • Hi,
    i purchased Store Locatore Plus : Pro Pack.
    i received the e-mail with the license key, but when i try to validate it in General Setting, in the box “SLPLUS-PRO Activation Key” a message appear: The key <MY-LICENSE-KEY> could not be validated.
    Do i miss something?

    I’m writing for about 3 days to your support center with no response.
    Wait for a response.

    Your license validates with no issues. I sent you a private email with details.

    You must be running version 3.3 or higher of SLP. If not, update or re-install using the links on this site.

    i see is a problem of the server on which is located my website. Probably our internal firewall block the page where SLP check the licence key. Can you give me the exact URL called by SLP to validate the License Key. I could ask my server admin to unlock that web site.

    Go to general settings/plugin environment the CSL (CSA) IP Addresses shows the license server info.
