[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] 3.1.6 Dutch translation update

I updated the Dutch language files (mostly changes to spelling and grammar).

BTW, the plugin contains some untranslated strings that are not in the language file.. These strings were not in the po file:
– Result of the last build process, started on..
– Bing was successfully notified about changes.
– Notify Bing (formerly MSN Live Search) about updates of your Blog
– No registration required, but you can join the Bing Webmaster Tools to check crawling statistics.
– Add sitemap URL to the virtual robots.txt file.
– The virtual robots.txt generated by WordPress is used. A real robots.txt file must NOT exist in the blog directory!
– Include following pages of multi-page posts (Increases build time and memory usage!)
– Include the last modification time.
– This is highly recommended and helps the search engines to know when your content has changed. This option affects all sitemap entries.
– Excluded items
– Excluded categories:
– Using this feature will increase build time and memory usage!
– Exclude posts:
– Child posts won’t be excluded automatically!
