[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Question about beta and customizing plugin

I wanted to know what the problem is with the plugin working on multisite. I have individual, independent sites on a network and just want an XML sitemap for each one using your plugin. Is the Multisite problem that what I want won’t work or that it can’t handle creating a sitemap that includes all sites in a network? If the current version can’t support my needs, how close would you say the beta is to production status?

I also wanted to know if I would be able to filter something in the plugin to have it exclude pages form the sitemap by custom field values. I have some custom SEO fields written in and I would like the pages I have set to noindex be excluded from the sitemap.
