[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] ‘There was a problem while notifying Ask.com’.. newbie question!

hi – im inexperienced with Google Sitemap Generator, its my first time installing (not on this blog) and i have an error when it gives a report of the last building process (this is actually the first report its given for me as ive just installed it..)
It tells me: There was a problem while notifying Ask.com
And then when I click View Result, I get:
Ping Test
Trying to ping: https://submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=http%3A%2F%2Freachingmorepeople.co.uk%2Fsitemap.xml.gz. The sections below should give you an idea whats going on.
