[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Using Yahoo’s ping service instead so no appid required

Hey, how about changing the Yahoo “ping” to use https://developer.yahoo.com/search/siteexplorer/V1/ping.html instead as it doesn’t require the appid and does the same thing! ??
Great plug-in btw.
