[Plugin: GRAND FlAGallery – Best Photo Gallery] Couldn't load the Main XML file.Error #1088

trying to use the plugin right out of the box. Doesn’t work. I get above error. I’ve read that it is a skin issue. So, I’ve tried loading the other skin, still no luck.
