[Plugin: Gravatar Like] No link to Gravatar Identities

When people like posts, their Gravatar displays, but there’s no link to their Gravatar page or identity like is the case with the like function on WordPress.com. If I don’t recognize the person’s avatar I would have no idea who they were…so I can’t reciprocate and visit their blog.
Is there a way to fix this?
