[Plugin: Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-on] Link Gravity Form to Constant Contact Plugin

OK…I guess I’m not quite getting it. I have a nice Gravity form I made. I have your plugin. How do I connect the two or know that the First Name, Last Name, Email will be passed to CC?

I know it’s set up correctly as I created a small “join our email list” widget from your plugin and that works. But also created a “new membership form” with Gravity, but it isn’t passing data to CC. Where do I go to connect the form fields to CC fields?
