[Plugin: Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-on] Plugin Not Working

  • I’m using the latest version of WP and all plugins.

    I have one site that connected to constant contact no problem. Another site that is not connecting (different constant contact account).

    error message:

    Invalid API Key, username, and/or password. Please try another combination.

    The site that is connecting to constant contact, is not sending the information to my constant contact account information.

    Has there been changes to API that have not been updated in this plugin?

  • The fact that one of your sites connects correctly and one doesn’t shows that even if the API changed (I have no idea if it did) its unlikely to be the problem. If an API change broke the plugin it would have broken it on both sites as its the same plugin.

    Are you 100% positive you have the correct API key, username, and password on the second site? You might want to regenerate the API key (unless its being used elsewhere than in this plugin) to see if that makes any difference.

    Yes, I am using the right information. I can log into constant contact just fine. I even tried logging in with the user info that works, and that still produced the same error.

    I would expect it to be a user issue, except for the fact that, even my website that is connected to CC, the plugin is not working. There is no transfer of data. When someone fills out the form, their info is not sent to my CC list.
