[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Issues with Date_Created and Paypal Approval Columns

I have a form setup in Gravity Forms – Entries view that shows the Date_Created and also a Payment Status Column. These two columns aren’t from any of the fields I created with the form editor, they’re there in all forms by default.

How do I set directory settings on these 2 columns? I wanted these two to be shown on admin side, but not the front end user side. When I don’t use the Single Entry View, they show the correct date and value, however when I turn on single entry view, it seems like Directory is picking them up as “Use as Link to Single entry site” and is replacing them with a “id” string that is an active url, losing their original value.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
