    WP 4.3.1
    GF Product Add-ons 2.10.2

Theme Files are up to date.
Plugin files are up to date
WooCommerce files are up to date.
No errors generated from system report from Woo.

Gravity Forms Product Add-ons stopped working after recent plugin update to 2.10.2. Now there is a problem with checking out. Specifically, when you are on a product page, the form used to show three things: subtotal, options total, total price. And these three items used to dynamically update on the page as the user selects different options. Now, you just see the titles, but no actual prices are showing up. Looked in the code for the page and the prices are showing in HTML either.

Tried turning off other plugins to see if there is a conflict but this did not fix the problem.

Tried contacting WooThemes for support but as stated on their ticket system, they are overwhelmed right now and having trouble keeping up with support tickets.

Any ideas on where to look for fixing this problem? Thanks.

  • I’m not sure why the form_display.php “fix” worked for me but it wasn’t something I wanted to replace with each and every GF updated. Then I had an epiphany and by adding a “total” field it magically fixed my particular total display problem. A real “duh” moment to say the least… stands to reason it would need that.

But I will say it was very easy to be sent down a rabbit trail since the old forms “totaled” perfectly without that field and the old form_display.php would fix it.. which in turn led me to think it was GF that was busted and not my process for building the form.

Anyways. I’m back in business. Create a total field! I hope that helps someone out.

@opusuno Your solution works and is great if you do not have many products or forms. I added the pricing fields>total via the form editor, then disabled the total label from the individual product page. The total now displays for that product. I need to find a bulk editor because I have over 800 products I need to change the ‘Disable Total Label’. Thanks again opusuno

Cool. Glad it worked. If you do find a bulk editor that will work PLEASE let me know. I wasn’t lucky on that end and I was pressed for time so I hired a grunt to do it by hand for well over 800 products.

    On aside..

I’m really amazed at how feeble woocommerce handles multiple options. It basically rendered the site useless using the stock WP. Thank you Gravity Forms! Saved me..

Perfect! I’ll write some code to automatically check all product forms and add a total field. I’ll post it here when it’s ready!

@ bheadrick Thanks for the plugin! It added the total field to the end of all my forms. However, I disabled the plugin as you suggested and I am unable to edit any of the gravity forms fields. Also all the totals say $0.00. I deleted your plugin and now only able to edit a few forms.

No worries, I tried this on a test site 1st. My live site still has the working GF 1.9.13

Back to the totals not displaying correctly ??

Where are your thoughts plugin author!??

Big shoutout to @iegnation. The gist you posted worked wonders.

Just to add some info to this thread, I’m running the latest versions of all three plugins:
    – WooCommerce 2.6.4
    – Gravity Forms 2.0.3
    – Gravity Forms Product Add-ons 2.10.10

The only change I made, which was successful, was updating the form_display.php file in the Gravity Forms plugin. I copied & pasted from iegnation’s gist linked above.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me how can I add a scroll bar in gravity forms for radio options

    Thanks in Advance!
