[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Salesforce integration does not work

    I have used the gravityform salesforce integration at my testsite gefuhltest.dk/lp/oax/ for landingspages where it worked.

    Now I moved the wordpress installation to the cms we use for our company site openadexchange.dk and set up everything againg.

    Gravity forms works fine but for two days I get this error for the Salesforce plug-in.

    “Salesforce.com is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes.”

    The set up is exactly the same. Any ideas?
