[Plugin: Group Documents] Click 'edit' on an existing file and the page doesn't scrol

After uploading a document, if the user clicks ‘edit’ the page doesn’t then scroll down to the edit form, so the user has no clue that it’s there if the list of existing documents extends off the bottom of the page.
