[Plugin: Grunion Contact Form] Conflict with Simple Facebook Connect plugin

With SFC installed https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/simple-facebook-connect/ the version of Grunion installed with Jetpack no longer shows the form when the post is displayed. The short codes show in the editor, but the form itself doesn’t display.
If I deactivate SFC the forms show.
