[Plugin: Grunion Contact Form] Contact form not rendering

    Hi,

    MOJO – Breathe theme version 2.0.1

    WordPress – 3.4.1
    Grunion Contact Form – 2.3

    When using the shortcodes within the theme, the form nor the fields render at all. However when I run my dev version on my local machine, it does work.

    Could there be a permissions issue with my hosting provider? I have not had any issues with any of the other plugins so wondered if there was something that I could check, a log or something so I can diagnose what could be wrong?
