Plugin hacked!

Hi there,
I’ve been using this plugin for more than a year and it seems tha it got hacked. When I try to edit an event, there’s a strange post in italian language apeearing, it’s displayed in frontend mode, not in admin mode, so I can’t edit it. I have searched all over my website’s database and files for this text, but can;t find it anywhere. I also uninstalled and re-installed the plugin and problem is still not solved.
Please HELP!!
