Plugin hanging (not loading data and details)

    Hi there,
    It appears that the plugin is not working on one of the sites that I am managing. When I try accessing the plugin, it keeps loading and all I see is the following at most of the tabs:

    The Rest API and all other requirements pass and are met when the test is completed.

    When I refresh the page I have the classic red box telling me that “error: network error when attempting to fetch resource”

    I tried to deactivate the main optimization/cache plugins but still I see this error.

    What can I do to get this fixed?

    What is different about that site? Whatever is causing the problem is specific to the site, and may include caches, security, or other plugins.

    Hi there, I solved the matter. Your plugin guided me to Cloudflare to purge the plugin javascript location URL and also to create a “cache rule” not to cache but to bypass this URL:

    https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/redirection/redirection.js

    (replace example by your site url)

    URI FULL / EQUALS / then the above-mentioned URL and then tick the bypass cache button.

    I also cleared the cache on my browser and this solved the problem.
