Plugin Hangs on the "View Order" Step

This plugin hangs on the “View Order” Step making it unusable. Your Pro Version links say they are unavailable too.

Sounds like this plugin isn’t in development anymore, and should probably be remove if that’s the case.

Great functionality if it works though.
