Plugin has a calendar bug and no refund has been issued

we have purchased this plugin and it doesn’t work on our website. Your developers can not find a fix and refuses to refund our money. This is almost 2 weeks, we have provided admin access and don’t everything asked. We have given the developer time but our website is losing booking because our customers can not choose a date. Very poor customer service and support. We have used another plugin that works!
issue is below.
The calendar widget not working on product page. I am a Pro subscriber and I can’t seem to get the calendar to work. I have updated the settings, changed to different date configurations, uninstalled and reinstalled plugin and the front end calendar does nothing.
