    Hi @pedrodk ,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version

    Hi Tristan083,

Thank you for your reply and sorry for not provding that in the first place:

    PHP version: 7.4.33

    WordPress: 6.3 (danish)

Theme and Version: GeneratePress (generatepress_child) with Elementor

The Events Calendar: 6.2.0.1 (I had to remove it completely in order to get the website back online. )

    Hi @pedrodk,

I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

There is no conflict. This has also happened to others. I opened a ticket here before this one. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/multiple-sites-using-plugin-crashed/

On my test server I removed all plugins, and went to the default theme. The only plugin was the calendar. it crashed the site.

    Hi @pedrodk

Could you try updating your WP to 6.3.1 and see if that resolves the issue on your side as well?

Please see @walkinverse ‘s reply here.

    Hi @pedrodk

I hope everything is going smoothly for you. I just wanted to touch base and inquire if you had the opportunity to review my previous response as it has been some time since we last heard from you.

    Hi Darian,

We removed the plugin completely, updated to WordPress 6.3.1 and then we waited two weeks.

    Hi Darian,

The plugin seems to working again – I don’t know why, because all we did was to deinstall/reinstall the plugin.

    But; it works! Thanks.
