Plugin has caused an issue recently

Hi there,
The plugin has been great for the time we have used it (1 year+)
Suddenly, about yesterday customers started complaining about not being able to place an order.
We checked today and the plugin is causing the issue.
Please fix this ASAP/provide a resolution. We have lost a lot of revenue and have disabled the plugin for now. After disabling the plugin, we did a test and the checkout was working again. This seems to been have happening over the past 1.5 days.
