Plugin has changed setting of WP comments

Hello guys again :]
I’ve found critical issue for me. If your plugin is active, it is not possible write a new comment anywhere (unregistered users).
Because box with Name, Email and Web disappears. But they are required so it creates error. It can works without required boxes but all comments are anonymous so it is not a solution.
