Plugin has data but doesn't show on front end

I’m having this same problem at https://biglittlewines.com/where-to-buy-2

Towns that have been entered in the backend show up in the dropdown. But if I actually do a “find locations”, nothing happens.

Please help!

Edit : I forgot to specify that it appears after upgrading from 1.9.6.3 to the latest version (2.5.2).

I am having the same problem. I just updated WordPress (3.7.1) & the Store Locator plugin (2.12.3) and Google Maps and the locations are not showing up on the front end.

https://www.natursutten.com/wp-content/plugins/store-locator/sl-xml.php -> 403 Forbidden. Once it’s working fine, then things should be good.

Usually means you have overly restrictive .htaccess settings, php.ini settings, or security plugin.

Thanks – do you think I have to contact the hosting company to get this resolved? I disabled the Security Plugin, and the .htaccess is the default WordPress set up.

Sure try that .. or might just need to update folder permissions .. chmod 0755 / 0644 (folders / files) [ref]
