Plugin has not kept pace with WP

I still use an older version of this plugin which, until now, I was thinking to upgrade. However, I won’t be doing that now becuase after working with the latest version of VFB Pro with its payment and form designer addons for several hours, it felt like it had gone backwards. I build many forms on different domains, so I know how to compare form plugins and I must say other form plugins now leave VFB Pro in the dust. Don’t bother with this one. It’s lost its ease of use and the snappy functionality that it had four years ago. It’s bloody aweful and feels like it’s gone backwards.
