• The plugin has ruined my business! This plugin has many issues, and customer care never responds. The memberships should last as long as the client has paid. So, for example, if a person pays for a 3-month subscription the membership should last for three months…well this plugin has the memberships continuously expiring…I need help!

    It looks like your issue is with the Ultimate Member plugin which is a completely different plugin than our simple membership. Here is your forum post where you are complaining about this issue with ultimate member:

    I am not sure why you are posting in our plugin’s review when your forum post says you are using the ultimate member.

    Are you out of your mind? How dare you read another topic I made and bring it up here without even thoroughly reading that topic’s discussion thread. First of all, I had no idea which plugin was giving me the issue..I thought it was ultimate member, but They were actually professional and let me know that the problem WAS YOU! because Your plugin offers the service that keeps messing up! How about you actually try to ask a few questions and get an understanding before being RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! Your Plugin is causing me SEVERAL ISSUES! And With staff as inadequate as you are I am starting to see why!

    I am not sure what your problem is. I basically, tried to find your forum post where you posted the issue so I can provide help. I could find only one topic from you that you posted which was complaining about the same issue with that other plugin.

    So I pointed that out. People do make mistakes from time to time and post in the wrong forum. You have some anger issues. I don’t want to get into an argument with you. Please use a different plugin.

    You had this same issue more than a month ago with another plugin (even before you started using our plugin). That should tell you that you likely have a conflict with something on your site.

    I don’t have anger issues; I am just not a fan of stupidity. LIke I said in my initial thread I was using two different plugins WordPress Plugin and Ultimate member…I had no idea where my issue was taking place…I contacted them initially they helped me! I realized that it was not their plugin…they only provide login! So I have not had an issue with multiple plugins I just did not know where the issue was! You would have known that if you read my initial complaint! 1 star for your crappy plugin! You provide login with paid memberships that’s faulty! So its YOUR PLUGIN that causes an issue. You are my problem and your ridiculous customer service and lack of empathy.

    Lol… I’ve had a bit of a laugh reading your complaint re customer service while using a free plugin. There are paid plugins – e.g. WooCommerce ($297 per site per year), WishList Member (somewhere in the same region, or even more). I am sure if you paid this amount of money you would have every right to make complaints (without insulting people of course). How about asking nicely and saying thank you when people try to help? ??

    @galinastgeorge Agreed! There are too many good developers out there getting railed on by self-entitled freeloaders. Offering your hard work for free in the form a plugin should be met with some patience, grace and appreciation.

    I have not used the plugin, I was looking. I will agree developers put in a lot of hard work, sometimes years. They do not deserve poor attitude from anyone for any reason. Be a respectful person and most always you get the same in return.
