Plugin have BUG on widget recent comments

Like I say on other front thread (user-of-recent-comments-has-changed), plugin have bug on Recent Comments and author dont want to verify that.
I make an fresh install of WP site without anything (plugin, themes, etc) at https://www.donhome.net/wp and when I access page with comment, all recent comments from widget has change to one user.
