[Plugin: Header Image Slider] Plugin Used to work?….

so this makes no sense!
I have used this awesome plug in before with no issues, went to instal it on a new wordpress install today and it no longer works!It installs fine, activates fine, but now when I go to appearance–> Header there is NO SLIDER option , no matter what theme I choose!
any thoughts?
