[Plugin: Header Slideshow] Twenty Eleven and the plugin Header slideshow Issue

So I used the Twenty Eleven theme and the plugin :

It seems to be really good in potential but then my search seems to have been pushed down to the sidebar awkwardly and the bar itself got smaller. Also the images aren’t appearing. Can I type with relative path ../ if the images aren’t in the same place as the .xml file or is there another wawy to if it’s in a folder somewhere else?

Also it seems to create a very weird gap between the header and the menu/navigation of the page. Also for some reason it starts way higher than the normal static image header of twenty eleven which starts a few margins or so down from the top of the page
