[Plugin: Hello Bar] Zip is empty except for a text file!

How stupid is this! The zip is empty except for a text file, which says:
“This plugin is currently under **α** testing and doesn’t do anything yet.”.
How underwhelming is that. So much for the www.ads-software.com assurances that they review everything prior to posting it up on the site. They just wrote a bunch of articles in the weblog about malicious code, and that one should only download themes, etc from the www.ads-software.com, where we have been assured they have been reviewed.
I guess if there was nothing to review, they skipped that step!
Unbelievable.
