I would like to expand the functionality of my photo-retouching business to appeal more to “casual” users.

By this I mean that I would like to add the ability for them to upload images, and their instructions, via a checkout / contact form, and their image will be stored in my database, along with their instructions, ready for me to work on and return.

I understand that there are already contact form plugins available which allow a file upload HOWEVER I am looking to employ a system where the user logs in, submits the image / their instructions, and I will be able to send a cost proposal over for the work to be completed – they will get a notification of this via email, but will have to log in to my site to view it. They will then have the option to accept, or reject, and close, the quote.

Should they accept, I will carry out the work according to their instructions, and upload a completed version of it to my site. They will have the option to accept it, which will take them to a checkout page where they will be able to download the hi-res version once they’ve paid the agreed amount OR they will have the option to reject the work and add their comments; (they are entitled to one free round of revisions as per policy).

I’d like all of this to be contained in a private area that a customer must use their own login details to access, in order to maintain confidentiality etc. The overall experience would be similar to using a site like PeoplePerHour (but without the ridiculous fees).

Is there a plugin out there which can achieve this? I don’t mind if it is paid / subscription etc.
