Plugin help with tdo mini-forms

  • I have a plug-in I activated. TDO in order to allow someone to leave a comment in a link on the footer. Anyone know what code I have to write or what I have to do to actually get it working, or pick a form or whatever? I’ve never done a plugin. Man, I find wordpress confusing.
