    Hi @subwebsites ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Duplicator Support.

    We have just migrated our website from snapcreeg.com to duplicator.com and we are working on these links, hopefully, we will fix this in the next release.

    I understand from your request that you need to choose MySQL dump in your Duplicator packages settings.

    If this is right, you need to contact your hosting to enable the shell_exec PHP extension on your website.
