Plugin help -needed

I have a site that I’m trying to have a social element built in. That being the case, I have a chat room (phpfreechat) along with forums and profiles and the basics that go with such things(WP Symposium) but I really need to make some changes. Both due to aesthetics and functionality.

So, I’m hoping someone can help me by making some suggestions for a plugin or something else that night fit the following needs:

Chat should ideally allow multiple room creation.

If possible (but not 100% necessary), chat should allow of either or both audio and video chat options.

The chat should be easy to install, free or inexpensive and not require any special software for my users (i.e. java, flash…).

The chat feature should only be able to be accessed by members of my site.

As far as the social networking type qualities go, it would be nice if it was also only accessible via my members and doesn’t require any special software either.

I would hope to be able to allow the users to have a small photo gallery of their own. And, if possible, maybe allow for them to create groups.

If any or all of this is doable, please point me in the right direction.

BTW – Buddypress will not work with the Flexx theme I use.
