PLUGIN HELP NEEDED PLEASE

  • Im trying to find a plugin or hack that can easily do something like this. I know when you go to buy a theme alot of the time there is a control popout like this that changes the style sheet but im not sure how it works or if there is a plugin or easy way to implement it. Any and all help would be amazing.
