    Hello,

in a website of mine, I use Hello Theme, Woocommerce, Elementor Pro and your plugin.

In My account page, if I put wrong details in the login form and your plugin is active, I cannot see the notifications about wrong password, wrong email ecc… Please, how could I solve this problem?

    Thank you

  • Hey @simo2606,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This was an older bug we fixed in the past. Checking your site on your profile, I see that you are running older versions of not only Yoast SEO, but also WordPress and possibly other outdated versions of WooCommerce or plugins. As a first step, please make a backup of your site (your host can help) and install open updates and check if the isuse persists.

Thanks for sharing the correct site URL. And I’m sorry about the issue you experienced with our plugin. Are you using the default WooCommerce My Account page created with the WooCommerce shortcode or the one made with Elementor Pro?

I look forward to hearing from you.
