Surf, As said in other ticket too, I am sorry that you feel that we have not been explicit regarding the service that we offer. We are quite clear and also above board with how people sign up to our services. We know that people would love to receive amazing products such as Hitsniffer for free, however, let me ask you this, is your food free, are your supplies free? I wish mine were all free, but this is the real world and certain services have to be paid for.

I just installed Hitsniffer on a site. If I would have known it wasn’t free I wouldn’t have bothered. Funny thing, if the dev would have been up front about it, and if the price is reasonable, I would pay. I have no idea how much the service costs, but I am uninstalling it now.
