This should be stated very clearly in the description rather than have me go through all of this and to find out you want to charge,

Surf, as said in other ticket too, I am sorry that you feel that we have not been explicit regarding the service that we offer. We are quite clear and also above board with how people sign up to our services. We know that people would love to receive amazing products such as Hitsniffer for free, however, let me ask you this, is your food free, are your supplies free? I wish mine were all free, but this is the real world and certain services have to be paid for.

Very disappointed! No where did it say this was not free, most of the plugins like this at least have a basic free edition with everything not limited but cut it down to 1 operator and 1 site….guess I will go back to Zopim, at least they don’t hide needed info about their plugin ??
