[Plugin: Hover Pin-It] Pin Featured Image in Sidebar

I’m displaying the featured image of a post in the sidebar. The plugin is not putting the button there (probably because that’s not in the loop?). Could you make it that the sidebar is used as well OR in other words: the featured image can be pinned, whereever it is (maybe selected via a class)!??
