• I’m trying to use hungryfeed with WP 3.4.1 and a genesis theme by studiopress. The issue is that even if I insert the shortcode after a paragraph of text, the rss feed is always displayed first in the post and not actually in the place I want it to show up.

I want to have a paragraph and then the rss feed beneath but can’t get it to display in the proper order.

Hmm, my guess is that it’s an issue with the styles of that theme being written in such a way that the rss feed is breaking out of the layout. Possibly the theme is using CSS absolute positioning or elements are floated, etc.

The way to solve that would be to use one of the templates and add whatever HTML the them would require so that the output of HungryFEED shows up properly in the layout. I hope that helps somewhat…?
