[Plugin: Image Caption] How does word wrap feature work?

Image Caption installed fine in 3.0. I can’t figure out how to get the text to wrap around a photo. Where do I insert the photo? Does it matter if I’m in Visual or HTML mode? What about the image alignment, None, Left, Center or Right?
