[Plugin: Image Rotator Widget] Add url

I’m using 0.1.9, but the image still doesn’t link to sites.

All right guys. It turns out more than one files was not being uploaded to the Plugin repo, and not just the one as I thought before.

I downloaded this release myself from the repo, and it does indeed have all of the updated files this time.

I apologize once again for shabby nature in which this feature was introduced.
