[Plugin: Image Widget] Alt tag isn't working

Hi,
When i rollover my images the alt tag isn’t working, therefore my Alternate Text isn’t displaying. When i have a look in this source code i can see the alternate text that i have entered for each image, but nothing gets displayed?
Please help.
