  • Ah, that worked. I see that the sample file has changed; we were using a sample file from a previous version of the plugin. Will issue new instructions to all our child site admins. Thanks, Ulrich — it’s a great plugin.

    I solved my import issues as follows.

    The example file worked but when I saved the exact same csv file on my mac with excel for mac it didn’t work.

    The issue is that there are many types of csv formats. When saving the file there is an option to select the format. In the list about 3/4 of the way down select:

    Windows Comma Separated (.csv)
