[Plugin: Improved Include Page] New Short Code Insertions Don't Work with WP 3.1

    The short code has stopped working on our Indianapolis, Indiana WordPress site when we insert the Improved Include Page code into new pages. This problem began as soon as we upgraded to WP 3.1. The pages that have it already installed continue to work.
