Plugin improvements

Hi there,

I’ve made a couple of small improvements to the plugin that I think could be useful to have in the official version for other users.

Addition 1: Ability to double click blank space in a panel container to add a widget to that area.

Addition 2: Ability to double click anywhere on a panel widget to open the edit form.

Modification 1: Changed how the widget title’s note is calculated, adding the ability for a developer to override which form element’s value is to be the note.
