    Hi there,

    I have been using this plugin for quite awhile now.

    Recently, it caused my website some problems. I’ve done my check and realise the plugin is the one that made my cart slide out blank even after adding products into cart – and no way to navigate towards checkout/cart page.

    It has also caused severe lagginess when I try to checkout / move to other pages from checkout page.

    I’ve tested and tried deactivating the plugin – there is no lag and the cart slide out doesn’t have problem.

    Any way to fix this issue? Appreciate your time thanks!

    Hi @danielchan23,

    Is the FedEx plugin now active on the URL you provided?

    I am failing to reproduce the error on both our test environment and the page you linked to.

    The error may be related to other plugins or a theme that you’re using. For a start, please try to isolate this issue, by disabling plugins except Woocommerce and our FedEx plugin.

    If, despite disabling other plugins, the issue persist, please confirm there if is no theme conflict with the plugin. To do this, please install and temporarily enable Storefront – the official WooCommerce theme.

    Do you reproduce the described conflict with this configuration?
